Google’s Event invite said nothing about the Pixels

Some weeks to the unveiling of the much anticipated Google Pixel Phones, which was reported to be substituting the Nexus Brand, Pixel and Pixel XL. Google sent out event invites to all tech reporters that are expected at the occasion, surprisingly the invite skipped the phone part and even any hardware. But what elsewill the gathering be about?
Google also sent invite to the public, scanning through the public-invite, it is safe to say that Google will unveil the masked Pixel and Pixel XL, and definitely hardware too.
This confirmed the report earlier given by Android police that Google will be holding an event on October 4 whereit willannounce two Pixel phones (5inch and 5.5inch); a Chromecast video streamer with 4K support; and Google’s own Daydream VR headset.

This will be the first time Google will be releasing a pure android phone not under Nexus. Although Pixel existed alongside Nexus in time past, having two devices, Chromebook Pixel and Pixel C, yet Google has decided for Pixel to completely take over. These devices are pretty premiums, which hopefully will influence the awaiting Pixels. A report had also said that the phone will be high-end phone, pricing between $635 upward. This would have been a difficulty sale except for the unfortunate vacuum created by the exploding Samsung Galaxy Note 7.
So, come October 4; come Pixel Phones!
